Tivro is a quiet practice. We believe that your personal transformation should be a private story, not a dataset to be traded, analyzed, or hyper-optimized by third parties. We treat your personal information with absolute restraint and respect.

We only collect information that is strictly necessary to run the service:
- Waitlist Data: If you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address. If you choose to fill out the optional focus question, we keep those notes to help shape our early product updates.
- Account Information: When registering, we collect your email address for OTP-based verification (no passwords).
- Mission Logs & Reflections: We store your completed missions, notes, and the timing of your completions in order to provide your weekly and monthly summaries.
- Witness Data: If you connect with witnesses, we log when you show up, which is shared strictly with the contacts you explicitly authorize.
2. Data Security & Storage
All account records are stored securely on our database. We utilize caching layers for OTP delivery, and all AI-driven narrative features process inputs asynchronously. Your raw personal reflections are never stored or used to train public models.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Zoho ZeptoMail for transactional OTP delivery and secure cloud infrastructure. AI capabilities are routed through OpenRouter gateways. These services are bound by privacy requirements to ensure your data stays confidential.
4. Your Rights
You own your story. At any point, you can request a complete export of your notes, reflections, and account history, or request full deletion of your database record by contacting us. We will clear your records immediately.
5. Changes to This Policy
Any revisions to this privacy statement will be announced quietly. We will never introduce changes that compromise your personal content ownership.
