Welcome to Tivro. By accessing our landing page, joining our waitlist, or using the Tivro mobile application, you agree to these terms of service.

1. Purpose of the Service

Tivro is a quiet practice and self-reflection log. It is designed to assist you in tracking individual daily missions and reflecting on personal growth. We do not guarantee specific psychological, developmental, or professional outcomes.

2. Account Security & OTP Verification

Tivro uses passwordless login via transactional email Verification Codes (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your registered email account. Any activity initiated from your email is considered your own.

3. Content Ownership & Restrained Use

All daily notes, reflections, and summaries belong to you. We do not claim ownership over any of your content. By submitting content, you grant Tivro the minimal, encrypted authorization required to process, summarize (via open AI model gateways), and securely render it back to you.

4. Prohibited Behavior

We expect users to engage honestly. You agree not to upload harmful, abusive, or malicious code, attempt to compromise our database, bypass API limits, or spam waitlist registration.

5. Service Adjustments

Tivro reserves the right to modify or adjust service features quietly. If changes significantly modify your personal content storage access, we will notify you early.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tivro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zlaark and the development team are not liable for any data loss, unexpected downtime, or issues arising from your use of the platform.
